How many children can use a subscription?

Our Home Plans enable 3 types of subscriptions: Individual Plan for 1 child and Family Plan 1-3 children. For 4-5 children, consider purchasing the Home School subscription.

What type of support is provided?

Users receive online support as well as automatically generated hints and tips along the way. Since Coding Adventure teaches the necessary skills needed for Game Builder and more advanced CodeMonkey courses, no coding experience is needed to begin!Coding Adventure also offers Super Hints, which are helpful clues that appear throughout the game when users are stuck.

Do I need to download anything to play?

No, CodeMonkey is completely web based and does not require you to install anything.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes! We do not store any credit card information at checkout so your information is secure. We are PCI Level 1 compliant, and use a secure, PCI Level 1 compliant payment gateway.

Can I cancel at any time?

You are able to cancel your subscription's auto-renewal at any time through the My Account page, under "manage subscriptions". After canceling, your subscription will not automatically renew once it expires. However, a cancellation that will be done after the billing cycle will not be refunded. Cancelling the auto-renewal will not cancel the subscription itself, and you will still be able to enjoy it until it expires.

Where can I see the expiry date of my subscription?

Once you’re logged in, your avatar will appear in the top navigation bar on the right. Next to it, you will find the drop-down menu, click on it and then select "My Account". In the My Account you will see your subscription details including the expiry date.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Payments can be made via credit cards only.

This app teaches kindergarteners the basics of coding with a progression of gaming challenges. Using blocks, students will build a set of visual coding instructions to help lead a monkey to a treasure chest. Challenges: 120, divided into 4 courses.

These learning loops expose students to languages like Python through exciting games that also impart fundamental lessons. You can even access the platform through a mobile device or tablet. Though CodeMonkey isn't free, you can set up a new account for special offers like the 30-day free trial.
